Rooted in Mozaic’s philosophy of blending global techniques with Indonesian ingredients, the evening promises a menu that is both thoughtful and unexpected.

Rather than recreating classic Easter dishes, the culinary team approaches the occasion through a sense of exploration — translating themes of renewal, seasonality, and celebration into a refined multi-course experience. “Easter is about renewal, but also about perspective,” says Chef Blake Thornley. “We wanted to move away from the obvious and create something that feels more personal, more creative, and more reflective of where we are today as a kitchen.”

Set within the lush surroundings of Ubud, the experience is designed to feel intimate yet dynamic, offering guests not only a dinner, but a moment — one that captures the spirit of celebration through craft, storytelling, and atmosphere.
